Dear Members,

First of all, we wish you a very happy long Easter weekend, full of sun, brunches, and joy..

Now, for the big news! Next week, we will be launching our new menu at our restaurant.
Our chefs have been hard at work behind the scenes to put together a fresh menu.

Starting next Tuesday, April 2nd, we will introduce our new menu,
inspired by the spring season! Here are some teasers:


- Artichoke sandwich with ricotta and lemon -
- Asparagus salad with crayfish, scrambled eggs, arugula, and butter lettuce -
- Asian Steak tartare on a crispy baguette -


We look forward to see you next week at Fosbury, perhaps with the garden open with outside tables set,
and enjoying a glass of wine during lunch should be acceptable sometimes too.
