As Sales & Office Leasing Manager, you are the driving force behind the commercial success of our office(suites). You are passionate about sales, thrive on building relationships, and have a sharp eye for real estate opportunities. You ensure that our unique offices are filled with the right members and companies, and that every contract is handled with precision.

Our Mission

Lead the full sales process for all private offices - from first contact to signed contract.

Actively generate new leads and attract potential members through outreach, networking, and inbound

inquiries.

Follow up and convert walk-ins, requests, and tours with sharp sales instinct and hospitality flair.

Upsell additional services and upgrades to existing members where relevant.

Track and manage contracts, term dates, renewals, and availability in close collaboration with

management.

Coordinate all move-ins and move-outs in partnership with the operations team.

Keep occupancy high by proactively identifying sales opportunities and managing a strong pipeline.

Build lasting relationships with prospects and members, becoming their trusted point of contact for

anything space-related.


You’ll Work Closely With

The local Fosbury team to ensure seamless onboarding and service.

The facility team to prepare offices (suites) and handle custom requests.

The operational team to align on outreach and campaigns.
