Event Support: Assist the community & event manager with organizing the monthly event program for all members.

Note: As part of a small team, flexibility and mutual support are crucial. The job content may vary periodically due to changing requirements and evolving environmental conditions. These changes will be discussed in advance with the local team and the job holder.

As the Food & Beverage Manager at our restaurant, you will:

Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth running of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.

Staff Management: Train, supervise, and motivate the restaurant staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Customer Experience: Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to avoid shortages or waste.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track sales, and optimize costs to achieve financial targets.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the chef to create and update the menu, ensuring it reflects current trends and meets customer preferences

What We Expect:

Location: You live in Amsterdam or nearby.

Personality: You’re a natural person who can enthuse others.

Commercial Mind-Set: Your commercial sense comes from within.

Administrative Skills: You are an administrative genius.

Experience: 2 years in the hotel, restaurant, event, or hospitality industry.

Problem-Solving: You’re hands-on and can devise and realize solutions.

Language Skills: You’re fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
